Currently Plantpanti.com does not offer any return policy as we do guarantee every plant will arrive at your doorstep in great condition.
In case of damaged non-plant products or dead plants, you may report on E-mail id firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp number 7235084884 with proof of damage images and Order ID within 12 hours of receiving the product. No claim will be entertained after 12 hours of delivery. We will either deliver a new product or refund the amount to you. In case of replacement, new product will be delivered to you within 5 days or in case of refund, it will take maximum 3 days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
If you want to cancel order, the request must be made within 12 hours of placing an order through the website. After completing 12 hours refund will not be made. If online payment is done on the order, it will take maximum 2 days for the refund amount to reflect in your account. Online refund is credited directly through the mode from which customer has paid the money within 48 hours.
No refund will be made in case of wrong address and contact number provided by the customers.
No refund will be made if recipient refuse to accept product, such orders will be treated as delivered.
Orders delivered and accepted by the customer can not be refunded.
